I've checked on my end and found an issue with "Slides to show" option not working in responsive mode, but the arrows are working fine, please see here: https://d5-dev.divisupreme.com/index.php/sample-page/
Please make sure you're using the beta 11 of the Divi Supreme beta to avoid any issues.
