Breadcrumb: implement "current" text override

I use long page names because of SEO reasons, so that my <title> tag get's huge. Please implement a way to override the "current" breadcrumb text. Currently only the "Home" can be overriden.

I use Yoast to override the "current" text, so this is not important to me anymore, would still be a cool addition.
